We use Australia Post or courier services depending on the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number.
We do ship internationally. Email us at hello@sugarcanetrading.com.au for a shipping quote for international orders.
Returns Policy
Should you feel for some reason not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your rug to begin the returns process. You can return your purchase for a full refund (minus the original shipping fee) if it is in original packaging and unused. A return shipping fee will be charged.
Where are our rugs made?
We work directly with a small group of specialised artisan weavers in Northern India.
Where do the textile offcuts come from?
Our weavers purchase the discarded fabric remnants from fashion producers. This recycled cloth economy has been operating for decades in this region.
How do I clean and care for my rug.
Regular vacuuming of your rug or mat will go a long way to maintaining your product.
Spot clean.
If your rug is very soiled, soak in a bath tub with Napisan or similar product for a few hours. Rinse well and hang to dry on a fence or clothes airer.
