Sugarcane Trading Co, a Sydney-based sustainable homewares brand and the Circular Centre, which leads a range of circular economy initiatives, including their circular textile waste service have partnered to increase awareness around positively managing textile waste.
Petersham, Sydney Showroom
The Circular Centre’s Petersham showroom is showcasing a range of Sugarcane Trading Co’s handwoven rugs and home textiles made entirely from waste textiles woven by skilled artisan weavers in India. Viewings are by appointment only and the entire homewares collection can be purchased directly from the Circular Centre.
The two organisations have partnered over a shared passion for sustainability and waste minimisation.

The Circular Centre is also the drop off point for the circular textile waste service – repurposing unwearable clothing.
